The Stillaguamish Conference of the Northwest Washington Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) consists of six congregations located in Northern Snohomish County, Washington. Together, we partner with Josephine Caring Community, a social ministry organization of the ELCA.
